Job Title: Owner Connections Representative
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Bass Creek, MN (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $ 20 – 29, Depending on Language Requirements
Job Summary
The Owner Connections Representative serves as a "brand champion," building strong relationships with customers, solving problems, and maintaining open and transparent communication throughout every interaction with clients and customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalized communication with owners, addressing their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage customer cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide expert knowledge of products, including parts, accessories, and apparel.
- Proactively collaborate with dealerships to facilitate repairs and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Analyze customer complaints, dealership diagnostic findings, and repair histories to determine effective resolutions.
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers who provide negative reviews, addressing concerns and improving brand reputation.
- Act as a "brand champion," maintaining and enhancing the brand image with all customers.
- Advocate for customers by sharing insights with internal teams, including Technical Service, Warranty, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Education
- Language Proficiency: Trilingual English, Spanish, and French.
- Education: Minimum 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in B2C roles (preferably in powersports or automotive industries).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM tools (experience with Microsoft CRM365 preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
